POSSIBLE REASONS COULD BE RUSTING OF THE FUEL LINE, EVAPORATION CANISTER, OR BLOCKAGE IN FUEL LINE/GAS TANK FROM WHAT IVE SEEN ONLINE/YOUTUBE. PLEASE EVALUATE FOR YOURSELF BEFORE BUYING SINCE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Needs to be vacuumed. Staining on the seats. Come check it out and take it for a test drive.
