1953 Mercury Monterey Description

Good running and driving 1953 Mercury Monterey 2 door hardtop. Last year of the flathead. The car is a project that you can drive around and enjoy while you restore it to your liking. The car has an automatic transmission. The brakes have all been rebuilt and the wiring has been redone throughout. The car also features power steering and power brakes. The trunk is full of extra parts for the car. The body is extremely straight and the floors, doors, rockers and quarters are solid.The hood springs need to be attached to hold thehood up. The trunk needs the key lock assembly installed. The car does have assembly but it's sitting in the glove box. The interior needs work as you can see in the photos.
