The Mercury came out of an estate (85 year old gentlemen passed away), where is has been parked in a garage since 1998. He bought the car brand new, so it is a oneowner car (we have the original MI clean title).It still has the original plate on the car with the last date of registration being 1998. This car is original as they come. It still has the original factory Michelin tires, the inspection paint marks on the frame from the factory, and all original equipment. It also has a brand newOEM Ford bra for the car in the trunkin it's original box.It does not have one scratch, dent, or rust on the body. The interior is the same way. Both the interior and exterior look like they are brand new. When we had the car towed out of the garage, we brought it through service before trying to start it due to it sitting so long. We drained all the gas, cleaned all the fuel injection components, turned all the original rotors and left the original pads, put new Motorcraft plugs and plug wires, and changed the oil. Everything on the car works as it should. It is like a 1996 car that is brand new. The car has power windows, locks, and mirrors, AC, tilt steering, chrome wire wheels, cruise, 4.6 V8 motor, and automatic transmission. There must be a deposit of $500.00 on the car within 24 hours of the auction end. The seller is responsible for shipping. The car is for sale locally, so we have the right to end the auction early.
