I am selling a 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Ultimate.This car is being sold as part of an estate sale. It hasa clean title (no liens or anything), no mechanical issues, never been in any type of accident, and has always been babied and very well maintained.The car has had only 1 owner, and currently 113K miles on it. The car is navy blue on the outside, and tan on the inside.Options include leather interior, heated seats, dual power seats, cd player, all power options, alarm, keyless entry, etc. The car drives excellent, and has always been very well maintained. It needs nothing.

EXTERIOR:

The outside of the car is in excellent condition. It was always garage kept, and definitely shows it- no dents/scratches, nothing like that. Only a few minor scuffs (hardly noticeable). And crack on rear bumper. The body itself is very straight. Paint on car is overall very glossy and looks beautiful!

INTERIOR:

The interior of the car is in great condition as well.The leather seats are in great condition (only driver's seat has some wear/usage). All power/electronic options work as they should. It is a non-smoker car.

MECHANICALLY

Let me first start out by saying that I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car tomorrow from Florida to New York and then back. Considering the mileage and the condition,you canbe assured it isin excellent shape mechanically.The car has always been looked upon and does not currently need anything. Maintenance has always been kepton it,and it'sready to go anywhere.

As a final note, all I can say is that this car is in excellent condition all around. If you're looking for a well-maintained Grand Marquis that was babied from day one, this is it.Please know the car is being sold AS-IS without any warranty implied or expressed.
