2008 Mini Cooper S Description

I'm selling my California-driven Mini Cooper S Convertible because I am moving to DC and won't need a car. This was my dream car and I am hoping to find someone who will enjoy as much as I have!
I purchased the car in December 2015 and had all new tires put on, replaced front left headlight, and replaced rear brakes.
You'll see the CarFax report in the photos (pulled on November 17th, 2016). I understand that this car was in a front-end collision back in 2015 before I purchased the car, the airbags did not deploy, and all parts were replaced that needed replacing. Please see supporting CarFax that details this.
I rear ended someone in May 2016 - it was very minor, the air bags didn't deploy, however I took it to a collision center and I've attached the detailed, itemized service receipt. This didn't make the CarFax report (probably because it was so minor of a rear ending?).
However here is what was replaced - the receipt for all this is also attached:
-Radiator, S Model
-Hood S Model, Bumper cover, Reinf beam, spoiler, center filler, molding, license bracket
-Bezel, Grille, Plate
-Coolant Hose, Coolant
August 2016: passed the California Smog Test, oil change
November 2016: replaced headlight, and I'm getting an oil change today, with a car wash/vacuum
This car has had regular oil changes, with oil top-offs as well. There is no damage to the convertible top/roof (which is rare). It goes up/down, and part-way for a sunroof effect perfectly (whole top to down in 18 seconds).
