2006 Mini Cooper 2 door hatchback Description

We're selling our 2006 mini cooper The car is in great condition, with 100,263 miles. Clean title. Has been in the same family since it was bought new in 2006. Manual transmission, power sunroof, power windows, air conditioning. Power windows and door locks. Dual air bags, side airbags. Includes roof rack!
Recently had passenger occupancy mats replaced at dealership as part of a recall. Also recently had power steering pump and fan replaced ($1,000 repair) and had a new battery installed. Recently detailed - the interior is also in great shape! Can show documentation of all repairs done over the past 10 years. Back wiper is a bit sticky, will need to be fixed or replaced in the near future.
Gets great gas milage, perfect car for the city! We love the car, but need to sell it because we have a growing family and need a vehicle with more space.
