Performance

• Great acceleration from the "S" 172 HP turbo engine.
• Tight handling and go-kart Mini Cooper feel
• Sport suspension with oversize wheels.
• When "Sport" mode button is enabled, a more aggressive shifting profile is activated, higher RPM's, plus tighter power-steering action.
• Used this vehicle for my 8-mile commute to work. No racing or aggressive driving.
• Besides the turbo, Mini put an overboost feature. When you need to pass, this car flies (figuratively).
• Great mileage, 26 - 32 avg mpg, and up to 40 mpg instantaneous on highway + cruise control.

Condition

• Engine, transmission, breaks, electronics, audio, safety devices, everything works as expected.
• Interior has no issues. Leather shows normal wear, mostly to driver seat. No tears. See pictures.
• Paint is in good overall condition.
• Some scratches and dings to outer paint from normal parking-lot interaction, car-wash, some small areas of discoloration.
• Antenna rubber base shows some cracking from sun exposure, but no functional issues.
• Rear bumper paint on left side has area showing hairline marks when closely inspected (see pictured). This is from a parking lot bump, which flexed the plastic bumper while leaving little to no deflection to plastic, the paint was left with these hairline marks.

Extended Warranty

• As part of this transaction, I will request transfer of warranty coverage as allowed under contract to the buyer within 5 business days of payment in full.
• Extended warranty is for the "Platinum Plan",which offers $0 deductible for any covered repairs completed at the Mini of Marin dealership, and $100/visit anywhere else (nationally).
