This 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT runs and drives good and looks nice going down the road. It has a current VA state inspection (7/17) on it, but we have not checked this car out, so we do not know what it might need in order to pass again. It will be sold to out-of-state buyer's with the current inspection sticker. The car will need to be re-inspected for VA resident winning bidders. This Mitsubishi has good handling and a quick 3.0L-V6 engine. The black leather interior looks pretty good (except for the driver's seat) and features power soft-top, cold A/C, Panasonic radio, leather wrapped steering wheel, alloy wheels, and more! The top of the plastic dash has the normal cracks in it that all thses older Eclipse have. A nice carpeted dash cover will fix that issue. The power soft-top works great! It does leak some, especially around the rear window where the roof fabric has pulled away from the glass (see pic below). The A/C works and blows cold! All the electronics work including the power windows, power mirrors, gauges, convertible top, and radio! The repainted exterior looks good with nice glossy paint and a pretty straight body. There are minor chips and scratches in the paint here and there around the car. This Eclipse runs good, but the exhaust does emit some light blue smoke after driving for a bit. The driver's seat cushion has two rips in it, but otherwise looks good. This Mitsubishi will make a great starter car! If you plan on keeping this car outside, we recommend replacing the soft-top due to the water leak or you could just use it as a top down weekend cruiser. Don't miss this opportunity to own Mitsubishi performance for a low "NO RESERVE" price.
