1990 MITSUBISHI MONTERO 4 WHEEL DRIVE
1990 Mitsubishi Montero RS.4 wheel drive. Works in all positionsSouthern Georgia since new so no rust issues anywhere on the truck, top or bottom.Bought new in Athens Georgia and spent its whole life within a 50 mile radius.3.0 V-6, 5 speed manual shift transmission.A/C has been converted to R-154 and blows cold.I have a clean clear current car fax showing 3 owners and no accidents.The Montero has been garage kept since new.The original paint is in excellent condition with a good shine and finish.The interior is all original and not smoked in. The lighter is unused.Shows little to no wear on the seats and carpets. The carpets are clean with little to no wear.The original radio works. The original dash clock works.The windows all are clean and clear and the windows goes up and down smooth.All of the lights and blinkers work.Brakes are all in good condition.
Recent maintenance.
The Montero developed a lifter noise. Was recommended a top end rebuild. Instead I had the shop order a new factory engine and had it installed. While they were doing this I had them install a complete clutch assembly, new water pump, starter all the belts and hoses. Had the cooling system cleaned and pressured tested with all new coolant. All of the seals and gaskets are new so no oil or fluid leaks. I had to have the hood repainted because of a scuff while the engine was being replaced. 182,042 original miles. 1000 miles on new engine.
I wanted a Montero that I could drive any place, anytime. If it needed anything it has already been done.I just had the 1000 mile check up done. Comes with all the receipts and warranty.The wheels were refinished as original by a company in Houston, Texas. The tires are new with only a couple hundred miles on them. Of course all new chrome lug nuts.
The Montero runs and drives as smooth as it did in 1990. Drive anywhere condition. Needs nothing.
Remember that this is a 27 year old Montero, not new, but in excellent condition as you see in the photos.
