Dear Bidders,

Up for sale is 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback ES 5 door hatchback. This vehicle has a salvage title. Mileage 33,268 is original. Car starts and runs, can be driven in the parking lot. Car has total 7 air bags, only two air bags are deployed – driver steering wheel and driver knee air bag. Driver's front seat belt is bad. All power windows and mirrors work, radio works. Passenger front door has some scratches and minor dent. Interior shifter knob is cracked.

Car comes with 1 key that has buttons to lock / unlock the car. Windshield is damaged. All tires are the same brand and have about 75% tread left. There is spare tire in the trunk. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time if the car is no longer available for sale for any reason.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Buyer is responsible for delivery. We will do our best to assist you with it. We assume no responsibility for damages occurring after leaving our premises. Any damage claims arising from shipping are between buyer and shipping company.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 (Paypal, bank wire) must be transferred within 24 hours of the auction’s end. Buyer must contact us by phone within 48 hours. The balance due is payable within seven days from the auction’s end. Paypal is only accepted for the initial deposit, not for the balance due. IF A DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED, THE VEHICLE MAY BE RE-LISTED OR SOLD TO ANY OTHER POTENTIAL BUYER. WE DO REPORT NON PAYING BIDDERS TO EBAY. Full payment must be received and funds must be cleared before the vehicle leaves our premises.
