2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution SE Sedan 4-Door Description

Selling my very meticulously maintained Evo 9 GSR SE.
She's stock with an HKS sport cat back. The car will come with the stock exhaust as well. I went all the way to Portland from Colorado Springs to buy it from a 40+ couple. I'm the second owner and I have all maintenance records since new. Timing belt and water pump were done by English Racing and the Takata airbag recall was completed by Mitsubishi.
The car is immaculate and well taken care of. It has one scrape on the passenger side front lip and two nicksin the rear bumper. The wheels do have some curb rash from the previous owner. There are new all season tires that have less than 5k on them from discount tire.
I put new speakers and a double din in it but still have the stock head unit and interior pieces.
I've been religious on the oil every 3k miles as were the previous owners.
The roof is wrapped with 3M gloss black but was prepped properly before adding so removal should be no issue. Buff and polish was completed in October so she's good till summer car season.
There are no issues with the car, no CELs and no smoke. Car currently has a lienholder, clean Colorado title. Two sets of original keys and fobs. Original vin tag and owners manual included. All maintenance paperwork and tire warranty is also provided. Buyer arranges shipping.
