2011 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart Sedan 4-Door Description

I love this car, I had 0 problems. The reason I am selling is because I am trying to save some money. Bank has the title and I'm still making payments on the vehicle.
The car is bank owned and the price is the payoff amount. Once buyers pays for the car it would be a shortdelay so I can pay off the car and get the title. Buyer would have to pay shipping or pickup car.
Tires are like new with 80% tread left. Transmission fluid and rear diff fluid was changed at 65000 miles. Always used full synthetic oil. Check engine light is due to exhaust. Had it verified and checked by technician and a tuner. Rims are plasti dip white.
Only cons are cosmetic:1. Rock chips on hood2. One scratch on right passenger side3. Markings where the old spoiler used to be and holes filled where the old spoiler used to be.4. Do-luck rear spoiler lip adhesive markings on trunk
