Up for bidding is a 2008 Mitsubushi Eclipse Spyder convertible, with only 40,000 original miles. This was a one owner, retiree driven, car, that became part of an estate settlement. It is in excellent running condition, and drives like new. The original factory tires were just replaced with a complete set of pricey VOGUE tyres, that still have under 1000 miles on them.

Driven by a non-smoker, the interior is in great condition, with no rips, tears, stains, broken pieces, etc. The seats are both the optional HEATED LEATHER, and will cook your butt very quickly. The car is also equipped with a great working Remote Start, that is wonderful on those cold mornings. The sound system is the high-end factory Rockford-Fosgate 650watt, with 6 disc CD changer and MP3. At night, all of the gauges light up in a beautiful blue color, looking all too impressive and stylish.

Everything on the car works just as it should.This includes the power top, power mirrors-locks-windows, rear defroster, delay wiper, cruise control, stereo, etc., and it has ICE COLD air conditioning. The power top goes up and down, with ease, in about 19 seconds. The car has a built-in hard tonneau cover, that covers the folded top when down. The top is in solid shape, with no leaks or wind noise. There was one couple inch tear in the top, that was professionally fixed, and has never leaked or given any problems.

Engine is a peppy 2.4L 4cyl, with gas mileage around 26mpg, and it has an automatic transmission with optional Sportronic manual shifting.Exterior is the limited, highly desirable, rare (produced & available for only 3 years), factory Satin Meisai Pearl color, with a gray leather interior.The carpet and headliner are excellent, and so are door panels and center console.

This car really is in excellent shape, mechanically sound, with strong responsive engine, it does not leak oil, it does not overheat, transmission shifts smoothly in all gears.It always starts right up and drives straight, it both runs and handles like new. Overall, while short of being completely showroom perfect, you would be hard pressed to find a better maintained and lower original mileage Spyder anywhere!You can drive it home anywhere that you'd like.
