1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder Description

For sale is a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse. This vehicle is in great working condition and it has never let me down. Only reason I am selling it is because I recently moved to California and I thought about bringing the car with me but decided it was impractical. This is an older car and does have some normal cosmetic wear which is why price is so low. As you can see on the pictures there is area on the side of the car where the sun has caused the clear coat to fade. This unfortunately is a very common occurrence on this model of black eclipse.
In the interior on passenger side rear view mirror handle is missing its cover as you can see in one of the pictures.
The passenger side inside door handle is broken. the mechanism is fine but physical handle snapped off. Also driver side exterior key lock is loose. You can still however lock and unlock car. Key fob still works as well
The convertible top is in great condition and opens and closes without a hitch. This is also true of the windows which open and close without a problem. This is a rare one but the AC WORKS! You won't find too many of this model where that is true.
Most importantly the car runs very well!! No warning lights are on and this car has yet to ever fail me in the year and a half that it has been in my possession. I always drive my cars responsibly and this car was never abused. Before me the owners were a airplane pilot and then an older couple. As far I know this car has never been in an accident, has a clean title, and was driven responsibly. You can actually feel this when you step on the clutch which feels like new!
Yes the car once was stolen but it was retrieved and no damage was found.
I really like this car and hate to see it go. It would make a great project car!!
