2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution Description

Hi,
Selling my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution w/ Technology Package (keyless entry, HID system, Rockford fosgate sound.) I'll do my best to be as detailed as possible, but I'm sure I might be missing a few minor details. I am looking to get into another car is the only reason why I am selling. Asking price is aggressive for quick movement price is very fair for what you get. $18,950

I've sold my first evo to a private mechanic. I sold my second evo 2006 evo 9 on Craigslist. I have proof of transaction and video (no issues, went smooth.)
Entire suspension has been upgraded. New Advan RS 19x9.5, $3,000. New Tein race coilovers $1,300 purchased 2016.
Brand new set of HID headlights purchased 2016. Brand New OEM 4B11T Mitsubishi Engine, top to bottom. Purchased engine from Daytona Mitsubishi for $7,000 shipped and have proof of receipt for 06/09/15. Less than 2 years on new full engine about 25,000 miles. Overall life on car about 114,000 miles. Engine swapped bc there was crank shaft failure prior. This engine was installed by professional tuner shop in Cherry Hill in June 2015 called Powerhaus performance.
I've kept this car well maintained. I've have gone through 2 full suspension swaps since I've owned the car so it stays fresh. Car keeps up with Porshe 911 turbos and GTR in regards the suspension. When you're going 100, 125, 140 making those quick lane turns, car stays put, stiff, and extremely responsive. Gotta drive it to believe it. I will list all the parts below and the names of them.
Car looks very aggressive. Car is sprayed with Rale (similar to plasti dip, White color. Car is naturally silver behind the spray. The car does need cosmetic touch up now that the spray is starting to peel after two years. Which is why I discounted the car so that the new owner can get a new wrap or color change on their own.
Pictures are not undated. Changes Include add on of Tailights, wrapped carbon fiber trunk, wrapped carbon fiber roof, aero lip with splitter, advan rims, white rale spray fade, and a few other minor normal cosmetic touch ups needed.

car has not yet been retuned since new set up in June. Has flash on and i would estimate about 400HP+
There are over $30K in parts and upgrades invested. not including labor which is another easy $10,000-$12,000 rough estimate off top of my head. With all of the upgrades, new rims, parts, engine, and labor is way more than what I'm asking for the car.
