2004 Nissan Xterra Description

Selling my White 2004 Nissan Xterra in good condition. It's in great mechanical shape, engine and transmission in excellent condition. There is a small rip on the drivers side seat and a small stain on the back seat which I haven't tried to remove. There are also some small stains on the way back carpet.
I bought it about 6 months ago because I had to get to my clinical rotations and back. The clinicals are now over, so I'm selling. I am the 2nd owner. I bought it from the 1st owner at around 146k miles. She kept it maintained regularly and never missed an oil change. She was also in sales, and most of the miles she put on it were highway/freeway miles.
