2010 Nissan Altima Description

Selling our 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR, we have a newborn and with the Florida heat, we need something with rear air. We freeze upfront but he is staying warm in his rear facing car seat!
It's a nice looking vehicle and the only known issue is the instrument cluster needs replaced. The speedometer and RPM gauge are off. The odometer, trip computer, avg mpg, avg mph, etc. are all still 100%. *I have a replacement ready to go in but it will show new miles as 55,xxx and I do not want to have to sell the car as TMU (true miles unknown). The new buyer can switch it out, easily done in an afternoon, how to videos are on youtube. It's like getting 27k miles free... LOL
She gets great gas mileage, averaged 31mpg running 70-80mph on a trip from Miami. *gets 35-36mpg doing 60mph on cruise control.
Has upgraded wheels, tires and brakes. Plenty of tread left on the Goodyear tires.
We bought the car back in May with a rebuilt title. The seller claimed that the vehicle had front right damage. It looks like the front right quarter panel was replaced and could have been done better, but the cosmetics / gaps involving the front right quarter panel are purely cosmetic.
There a couple places that I pointed out in the last 2 photos... one is a crease about 4 inches long which is on the bottom right rear quarter panel, almost to the very bottom and the other is some paint chips on the front right quarter panel and front passenger door. Other than those 2 small areas that I zoomed in on in the pictures, there are no other glaring cosmetic defects on the car.
Mechanics, the car is 100% sound and is a joy to drive. You can putt putt around town or lean on the gas pedal for some "lay you back in the seat" acceleration... its got PLENTY of get up and go!!!
Full dealer value on this car is close to $13,000 with a clean title... save thousands!!!
By the way, I currently have the car insured with GEICO and there are plenty of other companies that will insure it!!!
