Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a hard to find 1995 Nissan Pathfinder LE 4x4. Not many of the first generation Pathfinders are still around...let alone finding one with under 100k miles. I would rate the exterior of this Pathfinder to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Please keep in mind that this is a 20+ year old truck. The green paint is faded from age, but is presentable overall. The body actually looks good. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. There is no visible rust on the body panels. The only rust I found was on the frame. There are rust holes in the frame on both sides inside of the front wheels. This is common with this trucks as they age and will probably need repaired in order to pass most state's safety inspections, if your state requires them. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a nearly new set of matching Bridgestone's with mile deep tread all around...this truck looks to have gotten $600-800 worth of new tires within the last few thousand miles. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how clean this truck looks.
I would rate the interior of this Pathfinder to also be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows well for its age. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well throughout the interior. A full set of Nissan floor mats are included. This is a fairly well optioned Pathfinder. In addition to the full range of power equipment (windows, locks, mirrors), this truck also has the optional adjustable suspension, security system and premium sound. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR and the heater works well, too. The cloth seats show well for their age and are very comfortable. This truck even includes the original sun shade for the factory sunroof. The original owners manual is included, too. The cargo area is spacious and clean.
Mechanically, this Pathfinder appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.0L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels as tight as a drum. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine makes good power and feels strong. She keeps perfect temperature and there have been no idiot lights on during my road test. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Had I not crawled under and looked (because these are known for rust issues), I would have never guessed this truck had any issues. I've personally driven this truck at highway speeds as well as on normal rural roads and everything felt fine. For liability reasons, I must recommend that you do not drive this truck until you have it looked at and repaired to your satisfaction. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Please understand this this truck has a rust issue that will most likely need repaired to pass most state's safety inspections. I don't know anything about body work or repairs of this nature to give an idea of what would be involved in repairing it so please don't ask. I tried to get up close pictures of it but I couldn't get good pics because I either had way too much light or not enough...but trust me, there are rust issues. It seems limited to the same area on both sides inside of the front tire and you can put a finger through the holes, but nothing looks to be on the brink of collapse. I'm sure it's repairable, I just don't know what's involved in doing so. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
