2008 Nissan Rogue Description

I love this car, and it is in great shape, but I am relocating to the big city where I won't need it.
It gets great gas mileage. I've kept up with oil changes and typical maintenance impeccably and have service records including but not limited to:
* ALL Brake Pads and Rotors replaced about 27,000 miles ago- (half the average life- in good shape)
**ALL BRAND NEW Tires, less than a year old
*Serpentine Belt replaced 10 months/ 14,000 miles ago
**BRAND NEW FACTORY TRANSMISSION installed by Nissan as part of the "Rogue Transmission Noise Voluntary Service Campaign;" (there was a harmless, but noticeable buzzing sound, so I brought it in to a Nissan dealer and the installed a brand new transmission) Due to their then-new CVT technology, Nissan extended the powertrain warranty DOUBLY- so this Rogue is still under its original warranty until 2018 or 120,000 miles!
