2005 Nissan 350Z Roadster Description

For sale is a low mileage 2005 350Z Roadster with a Precision rear-mounted turbo and full custom exhaust. The previous owner had a car dealership and this was a project car for charity car shows and leisure drives on nice sunny days. I was wanting the car for the same purpose, but living in Texas means there are only about 3-4 months of sunshine that is comfortable to drop the top so the car stays garaged in my shop if it is not at an auto show and that is no longer practical. I need to make room for a truck so it's time to sell my baby.

The most recent work on this includes:

New Racing clutch professionally...$2313 (installed by master mechanics at B&M Automotive in Mansfield, Texas. You can google them and look at their reviews)

New rear tires

New thermostat

New water pump

New battery

New oil change w/Mobile One

Reconditioned Top

Additional Modifications:

VeilSide Fairlady Z Version III body kit—this is an authentic Veilside V3 kit; the “VS” logo is molded with the front and rear bumpers; counterfeit knockoffs have either logos stuck on or none at all. The Veilside fiberglass is more durable and the fit is better. We did not install a VS wing because it creates a drag on convertibles. I do not recommend putting flood lights in the front bumper holes as some do, because those are meant for air flow. The kit unpainted and uninstalled was $2900

Vertini 20” "Drift Gold" lightweight racing wheels $2200

Tires: Front--Falken 245/35ZR20 (80% tread) Rear--Hancook 295/25ZR20 NEW! $712

Premium aftermarket HID headlights/assemblies and gold laminate tint. These are top of the line European HID “instant on” lights $440

Aftermarket LED taillights$147

Vibrant intercooler $427

AEM boost gauge $157

AEM wide band A/F ratio gauge $200

RC 550cc fuel injectors $525

Clifford alarm and autostart $524 installed (alarm is disengaged as I lost the remote; you will need to buy a new remote if you want to use it)

HKS blowoff valve $257

STS oil pump -$139

Platinum Pro ECU & tuning-$2100

Precision 6765 ball bearing turbo and custom exhaust (see photo of invoice for cost)

Custom interior—professionally painted & UV coated; not a laminate kit!

LED light change outs—front and rear parking and interior (electric blue)

There are more mods and labor performed; please see photo of invoice on turbo/exhaust install...you can do the math and see what has gone into this car. On top of that, she has low miles from being garaged kept but only occasionally driven. The exhaust sound has a nice rumble from a cold start but the spin-down of the rear turbo is also pretty loud and is a dead giveaway. The sound and looks get a lot of attention and many ask what kind of car it is. The previous owner stated that it reached 420 HP at the crank on the dyno after the tuning but this Precision turbo will handle 900 HP with further modifications.

The car was purchased by the previous owner after sustaining front damage. There was no frame damage and the vehicle was restored and qualified for a reconditioned title. As you may know, a reconditioned titled car can be inspected and registered as legal to drive in any state.

I will be taking more photos, Monday or Tuesday if it's sunny. It's been cloudy for several days here. Some minor flaws and blemishes include a couple of golf ball dimples on the passenger door that show if you get close and look at a certain angle. Two small areas of the headlight tint have come off while cleaning. There is some light curb damage to one of the rims. No one notices unless I point these out but I want to be thorough and have no surprises. The driver side bolster has a scuff in the leather. There are no tears, punctures, burns, etc. anywhere else on the seats. Heated seats and navigation system included! The navigation cover does not fold down. I didn't fix this because I disliked the cover in the first place.

The top has been reconditioned, meaning there were tears that were sewn and waterproofed. I did not get a new top because I never drove the car unless I could have it down—that was the point for buying it and I definitely don't have the top up at shows. I just wanted it waterproofed in case a shower sprang up. If this is going to be a daily driver for you, you may want a new or used top but the repairs are not major tears, just small ones. Photos of the flaws coming too. I will also try to upload a vid of a drive by..it sounds amazing. Best wishes bidding and I hope this beauty goes to a true Z lover like its previous owners.
