I am finding that there are many different definitions of a "clear title". There is no "brand" on the title for any salvage or serious damage. Yet, it does currently have a small bank lien on the vehicle as I still owe a small amount to my bank. If waiting for the bank to release the lien and getting the title is a problem for you, please don't bid on the vehicle. I had the vehicle listed recently but realized I had not included this disclosure so decided to end the auction and start over again rather than be dishonest to any bidders.
