1998 Nissan Frontier XE Extended Cab Pickup 2-Door Description

1998 Nissan Frontier XE Extended Cab Pickup 2-Door 2.4L 4WD 4x4 with the KA24DE engine.
VEHICLE WILL NEED TO BE TOWED
I have bought this truck about 2 years ago from a repo auction with the intent to rebuild it. I do not have anymore time or space for it.
It has been siting in my garage for 2 years. Vehicle starts and I have pulled it out of my garage a few times but I have not taken it for a actual drive. 4x4 seems to also work.
Vehicle idles a bit rough. White smoke keeps coming out of the exhaust with a burning smell. It does not seem to overheat.
I have done and changed the following to the vehicle over the past 2 years:
New clutch kit with new flywheel and throwout bearing. (aftermarket)
Rear and front main seals. (oem)
Manual transmission fluid (redline mt-90)
Transmission shifter bushings. (oem)
New engine exhaust valves (oem)
Head gasket kit with head bolts (aftermarket)
Timing chain kit with sprockets (aftermarket)
Front shocks (aftermarket)
Condition of the vehicle:
Paint is rough, full of scratches and some dents. Clear coat seems to be gone. Plastic bed liner seems to have been cut to fit in a tool box. Missing one rear fender flare. Tires are same size but different brand. Chairs are torn and dirty. Inside panels are dirty and scratched. Headliner is missing. Battery bracket that holds down the battery seems to be missing. Rear jumpseats seem to be intact. Shifters and boot seem to be ok and arm rest seems to be ok. carpet is in bad condition. Windshield wiper fluid hose is missing a piece and the housing that holds the distributor down seems to be missing a piece.
Title is clean and carfax shows no accidents.
Vehicle seemed to be ok after I did a headgasket/timing job on it until white smoke started coming through the air conditioning vents and also the exhaust.
The headgasket might be bad, valve stem seals might be bad or timing might be off. I do not have time for it anymore.
I do have a extra used cylinder head with complete camshafts and valves that I was going to build and I will include in the sale.
