2012 Nissan NV3500 Quigley 12 Passenger 4x4 Van Super Rare 1 Company Fleet 5.6v8

We carry a good deal of 4x4 vans and odd ball stuff but this one is just super super rare. 4x4 NV series vans just never come up for sale used, so we had to jump on it. This is a '12 model 1 ton with the 5.6 V8 and 12 passenger capacity. It's a Quigley conversion which utilizes mostly 1 ton Chevy components for the front end on an IFS build. The van sits at close to stock ride height and it drives as nice as a regular passenger van, but has a ton of power out of the motor / weight ratio and will do very well in the snow and dirt.

This van came out of oil and gas. It's not a show van but it's quite presentable and has been gone through both cosmetically and mechanically. This van is road ready and should be good for many years to come. Price of $24995 plus $249 handling and applicable taxes includes a 30 day / 2000 mile warranty for local Colorado customers. The paint and body on this van are in pretty fair shape. It's not a show truck but it's in original condition and looks perfectly fine for daily use, but should you be out in the brush and scratch the door it won't break your heart. We just buffed and waxed it, so it's nice and glossy. The wheels are shiny and tires have excellent even tread all the way around. The glass is free of cracks, doors all open and close fine, seal well, and the paint matches. It has a clean Carfax, no accidents.

There's a little bump in the left front fender, front bumper is ding'd behind the license plate bracket, mirror plate is chippy on drivers side, the right front fender has a wrinkle down at the bottom and there's some normal road wear on the rockers and wheels from dirt roads. Again, it looks fine for use, just not a lawn ornament. The photos document it well.

The interior is in similar shape. We removed all the seating, flooring and padding, cleaned and stripped everything, and put it all back together. There's no rips damaged bits inside, but it has lots of scuffs and marks about the interior in general. It is a special order van, hard loaded SV with all power options, back up camera, nav, satellite, back up sensors, but with vinyl flooring and seating to help keep it cleanable. Everything seems to be in good working order, air blows cold, stereo sounds good, etc. I haven't tried every last knob or button, again, does have some wear, but it's generally all just fine.

Vehicle Inspection + Service
Buyer reserves right to an inspection before purchase is finalized. We service everything we sell and make sure our vehicles are safe. We're not perfect, but we're darn good. We don't sell new or perfect cars. We sell good cars at exceptional value. We change the oil and filter in every vehicle, diesels get new fuel filters too. We know you expect us to be reasonable and we expect the same of you.
Payment/Titles
We're easy to get along with, but we need to know if you need special payment accommodation before you purchase. Our terms are flexible, so if you need time to either pickup the vehicle or extended payment terms all you need is ask. For several reasons, we do not accept American Express.
Fine print: Successful bidder must contact us within 2 days of the close of the auction, and must submit a deposit of $500 within 3 days. Remaining balance is to be paid within 10 days of the close of the auction. We accept Paypal (For Down Payments Only), Master Card, Discover, Visa, Debit-Cards, Bank Wire Transfers, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Cash in Person, and you can call with any other offers. We're very easy to get along with.

Denver Fleet is a registered Colorado dealer. Our state allows dealers 30 days for title delivery. Titles are generally sent registered mail, and we are running roughly 2-3 weeks title delivery at present. IF YOUR SITUATION requires that a title is expedited quicker than this PLEASE ADVISE us prior to arranging payment / purchase.
Delivery/Shipping
Pick it up: We regularly pick up people at Denver International Airport (DEN) free of charge and bring them to the lot for pickup. The airport is about 20 minutes from our shop. We do not offer airport pickup on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday we do not have a driver, and Sunday we are closed by law, no exceptions! There are no additional charges for pickup.
Ship it: We have a local shipping company that we've done business with for many years and they have reasonable pricing. You can also visit Dependable Auto Shippers, their local terminal is pretty close to us, so we can drop the vehicle there free of charge. Call us for a shipping quote if you need one.

Please do not make important plans that hinge on transportation. Shipping vehicles is a very fluid procedure that depends on many people and many factors including mother nature, road hazards, automotive break downs, and some might say: the all mighty.
Financing Options
Denver Fleet can provide financing for customers with good credit in Colorado only. We do have a few options for out of state financing for well qualified applicants. Often, your best bet is to visit your local credit union and you'll have no problem obtaining a loan for an out of state vehicle.
There are several online companies that offer financing as well, just Google 'vehicle financing' or 'auto loans' At 5.99% with $0 down for 60 months, each $1,000 costs you roughly $19.32 per month. There are institutions lending as low as 1-3% for highly qualified customers.
Dealer Disclosure (more fine print you should probably read)
We do our very best to describe the vehicles as they really are and the options they have, though everyone has a different opinion of what a condition might be. Please examine all the photos carefully and read the full text of the advertisement. Denver Fleet reserves the right to sell the vehicle at any time before a deposit has been left on the vehicle, even when the reserve has been met. Denver Fleet also reserves the right to end the auction early. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions.
It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for." is constant in both the real world and the car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes at our dealership, but will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $249 transfer and handling fee that applies to all sales both in state and out.
Again, all vehicles are for sale locally, and before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved. EBay allows us the option of ending auctions early because all vehicle are for sale at any point during the auction. If you are concerned, the buy it now option is always a good idea.
