Nissan 370Z Touring with Sport Package - Very Low Miles, Meticulously Maintained

I purchased this vehicle in May 2013 from Landers McLarty Nissan in Bentonville, Arkansas with 654 miles on it. The dealer had purchased some select unsold inventory from another Nissan dealer that was changing over their franchise so, technically, I'm the 2nd owner of this car but I really consider this a 1-owner car.

It's stunningly beautiful to look at and is a phenomenal pleasure to drive. It's adult-owned and hasnever been abusednor raced nor driven exceptionally hard. It's been garage-kept up until a few months ago and currently resides under a carport. It has been dealer maintained and has had the brake fluid flushed annually and has only had Ester oil changes. The car does not have Navigation or a backup camera. It does have theSport Package (a $2,800 option) which includes a rear spoiler, 19-inch Rays forged wheels (with zero road rash and in perfect condition), upgraded "Nissan Sport" brakes and the viscous-coupling limited-slip differential. The brake pads and tires are in excellent condition and the car still retains a new car smell.
There are some tiny stone chips / blemishes on the hood of the car (see pictures) that I can only attribute to an errant pebble or two being thrown at the car during it's infrequent outings.
As an FYI, I have relocated the car several times since purchasing it (CA to VA and back to CA) and it has only and ever been moved via enclosed transport. This includes the transport of the car from Arkansas to CA in 2013 when I purchased it.
I am selling as I simply don't drive the car as much as it should be driven. I am more than happy to accommodate a PPI by a local Nissan dealer and can also make myself available to assist with shipping for a non-local buyer.
I do have an outstanding loan on the car and the title and car will not be released until I have confirmation from my bank that funds have settled into my account.
