2007 Nissan Xterra Off Road Description

Selling this very nice 2007 Nissan Xterra OFF-ROAD with Yakima roof rack (ski and bike racks). The truck is in great condition except that it needs a timing chain tensioner adjustment. Currently it will not start because the offset tensioner has caused the timing to be off enough so that it won’t turn over. Otherwise this vehicle has many more miles to come.

I recently replaced the timing chain in June 2016…the part is warrantied if it needs a part but the labor is not under warranty. Hence the reason I am selling it…and for cheap!! If you know what you are doing, or just want to get it fixed and have a great vehicle, this is a great buy.

Recent repairs/maintenance:

·Clutch replaced around 183,000 miles (with proof of service)

·Timing Chain in June 2016 (with proof of service)

·O2 Sensors October 2016

·Shocks October 2016

·New breaks December 2015

·New windshield July 2016

·Brand new $40 windshield wipers that I put on 2 weeks ago

The off road package on this features locking differentials, skid plates, hill start assist, 4 low, and high end Bilstein 5100 shocks

The Air conditioner and heater work excellent!! The tires still have plenty of life!
