2012 Nissan Xterra X Sport Utility 4-Door Description

This truck is in excellent condition. It has been a Florida truck since new and has never seen a snow flake or a salty road. It has no mechanical problems and has recently had a mechanical inspection. I'm selling for my son who recently moved across the country and couldn't take it with him. His plan up until a few weeks ago was to drive it to California, so he made sure it was in pristine mechanical condition. After renting an apartment in San Francisco that didn't have parking, he knew taking theX-terra was no longer an option, sohe elected to fly and ship his belongings to his new home. My son was the second owner as he purchased it about 1.5 years ago from a private party in Tampa. It has been maintained properly, garaged, and taken great care of it's entire life.
