1986 NISSAN PULSAR NX 88K MILES AUTO RUNS STRONG NO RESERVE! COUPE SPORTS CAR
1986 Nissan NX PULSAR Description
1986 NISSAN PULSAR NX4 Cylinder Automatic 88K miles"Project Car"
As pictured, 1986 Nissan Pulsar. Cool little sports car from the 80's. Very low miles for a car this age at 88k It does start, run and drive strong. Nice sunroof that doesn't leak. Tires are good. Glass is good. Heat works. Due to it's age I assume the AC does not work, but I never tested it. I tracks straight down the road and handles well. Exhaust is stock and in good shape. Prior owner was an older lady (60+) who had it the last 20 years only putting 30k miles on it. It's got a very good body but it does have some fading paint and clear coat peel. I have driven the Pulsar short distances, but it has a very high (3k+) idle in park. The idle used to be spot on until it sat several months. The idle drops down to 1500 in gear. It does shift through all gears and the brakes work really well. Battery is weak, if it sits a week or better it'll need a jump. LOW MILES AT 88K. Clear title. Other small things I noticed was it had no owners manual, dash is cracked, one headlight is burnt out but both headlights pop up as they should. Radio works. The rear 'pulsar' trunk emblem is missing and the upholstery needs a good cleaning. I'm sure needs some other things as well, but it's a good project car that can give you years of use once fixed. These little 4 cylinder Nissan/Datsun cars can really rack up some miles with really good gas mileage. I have a clear title. You should plan on trailering it home. I'm selling the car as a project car. Wish I had time for it!
