2005 Nissan Maxima SE Description

I'm selling this very low-miles 2005 Maxima on behalf of a relative. First, the bad news: the transmission is on its way out. The car starts and drives with no problem, but shifting up and down through the gears gets more difficult, especially in stop-and-go driving. On the highway, it should be fine, but I would suggest towing or transporting the vehicle if purchasing from out of state. Because of this, the price has been cut. I'd rather get that out of the way upfront, but now for the good news. Before discovering the transmission issues, I did quite a bit to the car to ready it for sale. Preparations started at 60,473 miles (currently has 60,520 miles, but that may go up slightly). This vehicle has New: front and rear pads and rotors, tires, wipers, battery, interior/air/engine oil filters, oil change, hood struts, exterior mirrors (driver's side was broken), floor mats (originals have some stains but are included with sale; new floor mats were test fitted then immediately removed), front right axle, drive and acc. belts and A/C suction line (A/C has been recharged and is arctic). It was also fully detailed (including the engine bay). There are minor scratches and scrapes here and there, but it shows very well. The paint is in excellent condition, as is the interior. The title is clear and in hand, there are no lights on the dash and it passed MD emissions inspection. It is a one-owner car with current MD tags and registration. The sale of this vehicle is AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. I will be willing work with anyone who wishes to have the vehicle inspected or view it in person.
