Our 1990 Nissan 180SX Grade 3.5 from Japanese Auction is a beautiful 100% mechanically stock example in the rare factory Dark Blue Pearl (TH1) color.
The exterior of the car is completely original all the way from the front bumper, down to the exhaust tips.
It features OEM fog lamps, rain guards, and 15” teardrop wheels.
There are some light surface scratches throughout the car from age and normal use, but the paint still shines brilliantly, with no major dents or gouges in the body.
The rear wing was removed at some point in the cars life, and would need plugs or a new wing installed, as it now only has sealing tape covering the mounting hole location.
The interior of the car is original as well, and still shows quite wonderfully.
With the exception of the radio head unit, a Japanese toll collection box, and a turbo timer, everything inside the car is factory stock.
The dashboard is free of cracks, which is very uncommon for an S13.
The factory digital display on the gauge cluster, as well as the HUD, function flawlessly.
The driver seat has a very small rip on the bolster, and slightly sags from normal use, and the passenger seat, rear seat, head liner, and door cards are all free of excessive wear or blemishes.
The leather shift boot is in great condition.
The factory R12 air conditioning system blows ice cold, and the heat is hot. Blend doors function properly.
Both front and rear windshield wipers and window sprayers work correctly.
Power steering is effortless, and the car floats like a cloud down the road, even at highway speeds.
The CA18DET starts immediately, idles properly, and accelerates without a hiccup.
The 5-speed transmission shifts smoothly through all of the gears without any grinds, and the clutch does not slip while transferring the power to the factory limited slip differential. The throwout bearing whines quietly when cold, but dissapates when the car warms up.
The engine is all factory and mechanically sound.
Currently this 180SX has just over 100,000 miles on it, with a metric odometer reading 162,000 kilometers.
