2008 Nissan Xterra Description

I live in Colorado and slid into another vehicle during a winter storm. The damage wasnt terrible but the passenger side steering knuckle will need to be replaced, and the adjuster noticed some frame damage to the area as well. EVERYTHING IN THE CAR WORKS! Engine runs, transmission shifts, even the alarm still works.
If it werent for the frame being damaged I never would have bought another car but I need to know its not gonna fall apart on me while running a trail.
