1940 Oldsmobile NO RESERVE Hot Rod Description

1940 Oldsmobile Coupe, Hot Rod. No Reserve Auction. This car was built in the early 80's, and had some upgrades over the years. The car had been sitting for the past couple years and I recently got it up and running again. The car runs and drives but needs some work. I have been driving it to local cruise nights without any problems. The car has a Camaro clip with power steering, 350 small block Chevy motor, Turbo transmission and late model 10 bolt rear, typical of what was done in the 80's. While driving the car I noticed that the A arm bushings need to be replaced and the 17" wheels hit the fender lip when turned too hard, the is also a slight hesitation in the carb. Car has a beautiful interior with tilt wheel, leather seats and finished trunk. Needs paint and minor body work, there is a dent in the rear fender, hood hinge lip on the hood needs repair and paint is starting to blister in some areas.
