1976 Oldsmobile Cutlass Description

This is a one owner nicely optioned 76 Cutlass Salon. The car is fresh out of long term storage and is running/driving great. This Cutlass has the factory optioned Hurst T tops, console shift, trunk rack, and Posi Trak rear end. The Numbers matching Rocket 350 was rebuilt about 40K miles ago with mild cam, new intake and carb, headers and exhaust. The TH350 Trans was also rebuilt at that time with a shift kit added. The car was in storage for approximately 12 years and now back to daily driver status. I have the original paperwork, window sticker, title, owners manual etc!! Hurst option Salon models are rare!! Cool classic muscle car with potential to be whatever you like... could be awesome show car, weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection.
The body is pretty straight and rust free... the underside is clean and solid. Freshly painted with satin plastidip... looks great with minor blemishes. It has a cool muscle car stance and factory rally wheels. Looks and compliments on it constantly.
Interior is in pretty nice shape as well... Seats and headliner and carpet are good... passenger seat has one tear. Gauges work properly as do the lights and electronics... Dash is ok with some sun damage and a crack. Nice after market stereo... has Factory AC! Overall definitely decent interior. It does come with alot of trim and interior pieces in various conditions.
Factory matching numbers motor starts idles and runs fantastic... really great power and muscle car sound.3 speed auto shifts smooth and strong through the gears... stock gear ratios are great around town and cruises really nice on the freeway as well. Stock suspension is excellent and the car rides and drives great.
Overall this is a cool one owner American Classic Muscle car in nice condition all around. Awesome potential show car, weekend cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like. Great for any enthusiast, collector, or anyone looking for a cool and unique Vintage Classic at a great price.
