2004 Oldsmobile Silhouette GLS Description

Great running 2004 Oldsmobile Silhouette Mini Van with 191K miles - Private Sale. This is a great van for a new family looking for reliable transportation - a second van for a growing family or a work van with great space. This is average mileage (15,000 annual) for this year car.

I just drove this vehicle on a 2,000 mile trip from Atlanta to Pittsburgh with no issues.

INTERIOR - 8/10
- Cloth Interior in great shape, no tears or rips. Clean seats.
- Captains chairs in the second row with fold down split rear.
- All rear seats are removable.
- There are two small issues with the interior - (1) there is a crack in the upper dashboard (see picture), it does NOT RATTLE, it is just there (2) the front floor carpet is dirty, I have shampooed it, but it is still stained.
- All windows work. There is one electric sliding door (passenger side), the other door slides manually.
- AC and HEAT are both great, fan quiet. Has Rear Controls for the kids.

Exterior - 7/10
- There are several small bumps and bruises on the exterior, mostly small not noticable unless you really look for it. There are two more noticeable than others but even these are not that bad when looking at the car.
- No Rust, car has been a FLA/Alabama/GA car it's whole life.

Mechanical and other - 9/10
- No Lights ON at all, this is ready for GA inspection
- Engine and transmission are solid, it is a 3.4L V6 that has a TIMING CHAIN, so it will not ever need to be replaced.
- Suspension is good, solid when you hit bumps, no steering wheel shaking at all.
- Tires are virtually new (see picture) - ALLOY wheels
- No Leaks in engine.

I am asking $2,000 and willing to negotiate (as most people buying a car like to do). The three car rating services, Kelly Blue Book (KBB), Edmunds and NADA all rate the car as a 4+ star rated van by their owners. They value the car anywhere from $2,044 to $2,547 for a private sale.
