Here we have a gold 2002 Olds Silhouette Minivan. It has a 3.4L motor that does not start. It was driven in, but we can not start it. It will fire on starting fluid for a few seconds. We were told it may be the fuel pump. Be prepared to tow or trailer this vehicle from our lot. Body has fender rust. Tires are fair. Inside drivers door panel is missing, and so are the window controls. Check engine light comes on. That's what we know! This vehicle is a repossession being sold to satisfy all or a portion of consumer debt by Eagle Financial Services Inc. in Somerset, Ky. Eagle Financial Services Inc. has proper title documents and all legal authorization to sell this vehicle.

Unless otherwise stated, the condition, history, and maintenance of this vehicle (or it's fitness for any use/purpose) is unknown by Eagle Financial Services Inc. Eagle Financial Services Inc. has NOT inspected the vehicle for safety, mechanical, or any other defects that may exist. Furthermore Eagle Financial Services Inc. has NOT performed any kind of maintenance, and may not be aware of damaged or missing parts. Any knowledge we have of this vehicle was learned from a brief test drive, when and if the vehicle was drivable. This vehicle may not comply with federal and state emission laws and may also have missing and/or damaged parts relating to emissions or any other mechanical function. This vehicle is sold as-is and with all faults. Eagle Financial Services Inc. offers no warranty of any kind on this vehicle whether expressed, implied, or otherwise, or any other guarantee/warranty as to its condition or fitness for use.

The bidder is invited and urged to inspect the property in person prior to purchase or offer to purchase. All sales are final. Buyer pays all shipping and transportation charges and is responsible for all shipping and transportation arrangements.

Eagle Financial Services Inc. in Somerset, Ky accepts payment by:

• Debit card in person. Requires photo ID for the card holder and the credit card.
• Debit card by telephone. Requires a copy of the card, card holders photo ID and a signed authorization via fax to 606-676-0898 (photocopy and fax both sides of photo ID and debit card).
• Certified Check, money order or payment upon pickup. Titles will be held for 14 days when payment made with a personal check. Photo ID is required at time of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for all licensing requirements and fees, taxes, trip permits etc., in buyer's State of residence.
• No credit cards are accepted at this time.

Note: We have had an issue with a debit payment showing up as a cash advance. We run all transactions as credit, and have no control over this. Buyers may want to contact their credit provider to insure that this will not occur with the card you will be using.

We reserve the right to cancel the sale of this vehicle early. This vehicle is a repossession, and the customer can redeem the vehicle during the course of the sale. We may also reserve the right to cancel the sale if any other legal issues arise, etc. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.

Additional Terms and Conditions for eBay Auction Sales: Winning bidder must pay a 10% or $200 (whichever is greater) Non-Refundable Deposit within 48 hours of Winning Bid. - No Exceptions. The balance is due within seven (7) days after auction closure. If the deposit is not received with 48 hours of the close of auction, or the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, or to sell it to the next highest bidder, or another qualified buyer. We WILL file a nonpaying bidder claim with eBay.

Vehicle must be removed within ten (10) calendar days from the end of auction or you will incur a $20 per day storage fee. At any time after the tenth day, whether the vehicle is paid for in full or there is just a deposit, we reserve the right to charge for, and/or retain storage charges from the payments. We will also re-list the vehicle, or sell it to the next highest bidder, or any other qualified buyer.

Legal dispute: Choice of Venue and Law: Buyer and Seller agree that any disputes shall be resolved using Kentucky Law, and that any suit must be brought by filing in Pulaski County, Kentucky.

Typographical and factual errors: In the event that there are material errors on the description of the item, Buyer and Seller may agree to complete the sale. If the Buyer is unwilling to complete the sale due to a typographical or factual error, Buyer shall be entitled to reimbursement for a maximum of $25.00 in out of pocket expenses. In the event that a sale is not concluded due to a typographical or factual error, Seller may agree to release Buyer out the of the eBay auction winner's obligation when Buyer agrees to and completes the posting of positive or neutral feedback. Seller will then post positive or neutral feedback. In no event shall Seller be responsible for any other expenses or damages of any kind, regardless of the nature of the error. As noted herein, Buyers are strongly encouraged to examine vehicles before bidding.

WE WILL PURSUE DEADBEAT NON-PAYING BIDDERS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED SUCH AS INITIAL LISTING FEES AND RE-LISTING FEES, COURT & LEGAL FEES ETC. WE WILL SWIFTLY FILE ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS OR DISTRICT COURT FOR RECOVERY.
