1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass Description

This is a beautiful one owner car. I bought it from him, the original owner that ordered it just as it sits and is titled to him. (the onlytitle is from 1971) I bought it from him/grand kids made the deal in the fall parked it in my garage till now. I havedrove 1 tank of gas through it. Runs absolutely perfect. Driveslike a brand new car. No rattles or squeaks very solid. The 350 purrs from 0 to 80 sounds like factoryexhaust. Powerful withno smoke no leaks. Just had a Mobil#1 full synthetic oil change today. Shifts strong and flawlessly through all gears. Everything works all the way down to the little light in the center counsel glove box.Brakes feel great/smooth with lots of petal. The factory AC blows ice cold. Tires show little wear. the interior is in amazing condition for its age. the drivers seat has had the threadbreak about 4 or 5 inch right in the center of the seat along the stitch line. the rest is near perfect condition. The headliner is perfect showroom new looking. The grand kids put new carpet in it as a gift at one point. At another time gave him a GT steering wheel also as a gift. They are currently looking for the original for me. Its miss placed at the moment. The frame /shock towers show no rust.I feel thecar was painted at some point. That, the grand kids did not tell me . They claim they no nothing about it being painted.I'm nokind of professional car guy. I may be wrong but seems its had some painting done. If it was painted it was done in the factory green color. The body is solid as a rock. there are a few rust bubbles down low one on the passenger front rear fender. one on the drive side. about the size of a dime. magnets stick everywhere. I was going to have them fixed but my brother said don't. He said he doesn't believe its been paintedand I should not touch it so it remains totally original. That lil bit of rust does not take away any of the looks what's so ever on this car its beautiful with the best lines a car can get! All chrome looksgreat as well. All side marke, headlights, brake lights turn signal, dash and interior lights work as they should. Car comes with a wonderful slight vintage scent for free! I always love that. The grand kids say he had 2 of these cutlass. One for everyday work/kids/rain/snow use.The other was this beauty there wasnone of that and it shows. Please ask all any questions you have. I will take as many pics as you like. Better than all would be to come take a look/drive. fly here drive back to anywhere with out a thought.
