1949 Packard Custom eight
1949 Packard Description
Look at this very cool looking Packard Custom Eight. This rare model has the special trim on front and rear checker pattern bumpers. It also has the larger straight 8 (356), not the smaller 327 engine. It has a 3 speed transmission and overdrive and purrs and drives like a cloud. You can go anywhere with style in this automobile. The paint is near perfect and was done by its longtime owner many years ago. The interior is all original. The wood and all trim are in good shape and all there. This car is very hard to find with no rust. It has been garaged its entire life. Drive this car as you tinker with it and you will never want to sell her. She sounds and drives like a Packard should. Remember, Packard was the All-American Rolls Royce and are getting increasingly hard to find in this original condition. For additional information, please contact Rick at 860-227-2487.
