2005 Other Makes Roadster Description

Welcome! I'm guessing you've been shopping for awhile for a nice Street Rod. You have undoubtedly seen some really nice cars for sale, some expensive, some bargains but maybe incomplete, and many ready-to-go.
This Rod is not outrageous, but does have sparkling performance, good looks, V8 power, and happens to be priced to sell quickly, and IS ready-to-go.
I thoroughly enjoyed building this car, and I really enjoy taking it for a "spin" (if you know what I mean), but I'm ready to move on to a new pastime, and I need to "cash out".
If you've shopped at all, cars or parts, you probably have a good "feel" for the costs. The drive train alone on this car was over $12,000 (new parts cost). Adding frame, body, paint, chrome, etc. ...you get the point! It really adds up. I'm not pricing this car on parts cost. And forget trying to get paid for the labor! My price is based on dozens of honest market comparisons, and I believe it is priced at Fair Market Value.
Rather than boring you with a long list of special parts, chrome and polished goodies, or manufacturers that you may or may not recognize, let me just tell you that this car has them (please see the pics). The build started with all NEW parts, and the list is over two hundred items long. I can provide you with manufacturers name, date purchased, and price paid.
Many parts were custom made. Some from raw stock in my shop. Outside vendors were used for chrome plating, powder coating, and upholstery.
Brief Specs:
Ground up build with 100% new parts. 6797 actual miles. First licensed in 2005, completed in 2011. Assigned VIN (Colorado) is ID46974COLO.
GM ZZ4 350 V8, Tremec 5 speed, Detroit Locker Anti-slip. Engine has all roller bearing valve train, and 10:1 aluminum heads.
Dupont Hot Hues base/clearcoat paint.
Custom 2" x 4" box steel frame with front to back crossbracing and torsion bar.
Cabin is soundproofed and features Exotic wood solids and veneer, trimmed in polished brass and Gold Plate.
MP3 audio w/600 watt subwoofer.
4 wheel disc brakes with dual masters, remote open/close electric exhaust cutouts.
Shipping Notes:
I will be shipping 3 boxes with the car. They include complete documentation, extra paint, and some spare parts. I will supervise vehicle loading and will let you know when it leaves if you are located in another state or country. If you are local, the vehicle is ready to drive now. In either case, funds must be verified by my bank before delivery.
If you are shipping via truck, I recommend obtaining loss/damage insurance coverage during transport. I will not be responsible for any shipping damage.

If you buy this car I will supply a short startup video which demonstrates the startup, theft shutdown, and test security codes. You will also need to know how to operate the keyless locking gas cap, and the hood removal pins.
