Im listing this from my phone, so I will add more photos later. For sale is my 1974 travelall 4x4. 392 4 bbl, auto, a/c (currently not working), disc brakes, dual fuel tanks. Power rear window, Electronic ignition upgrade, new front hubs and bearings. Chrome scout wheels and brand new mud tires. I'm currently working on the interior, which is not bad but does need freshening up.
From what I was told, the truck came from New Mexico, went to Colorado, then to Lansing Michigan for a few years and then I purchased it. It's a pretty solid truck, pictures show the only significant rust on the drivers side wheel opening.
I've done a lot of maintenance to the truck as it was neglected mechanically.
Truck runs good now but I'm at a crossroads with it. I bought it solely to repower with a Cummins turbo diesel (which I have)......but I'm really burned out and fear if I start tearing this truck apart I will never finish it.So I offer it up for sale with a modest reserve.....which I will not disclose.....bid to own, make an offer......you never know.
The truck is real cool and fun to drive, gets attention wherever it goes. I have it registered with a movie/print ad company and believe it or not 6 months ago it was used in a photo shoot.
I really do love this truck but I'm pretty burned out and want to pass it on to the next enthusiast.
