1953 MG T-Series Description

This is a 1953 MG-TD that has been totally restored. Every system was gone thru by experts in the MG arena. If a part was too far gone to restore it was replaced with no expense spared. This car is as nice on the bottom as it is on the top. The interior color and top color strongly compliment the ivory body color. Carpeting is jet black, enhancing the burl wood dash and freshly chromed gauge housings. All gauges and meters have been gone thru, along with all new wiring. All chrome has been redone and the windshield glass is new also. The wood in the doors and tub was so good, it did not need replacing. This 70K original mile car spent it's entire life in Lexington Kentucky before being purchased and restored in Indianapolis. The car has about 75 miles on the restoration, so this car is as close to owning a 53 MG new from the factory as you can get. The car has never been shown or driven beyond the test/ break-in runs. This is a fresh car in every respect with all new internal parts. The tires, battery, exhaust, brakes, bearings, belts, starter, clutch, are all new. Even the windshield wiper motor is a new unit.
