1937 International Truck, Original Condition, One Owner
1937 International Harvester Other 1 1/2 Ton Description
This 1937 D30 International was owned by the same family since new, and spent its life on a fruit farm. I purchased it last month. The following are highlights of its overall condition:
No rust issues; floors, cab corners, etc., are in excellent shape. No evidence of any body work anywhereOriginal engineOriginal paint on the cabIt appears the fenders were painted, I believe they should be black, but if so, it was done early - see the pictures.Original owners manualOriginal operational cardboard tagExcellent, nearly new tiresBrakes and brake lines were recently replacedEngine was overhauled in its recent past and has great oil pressureSeats were reupholstered and are in excellent shapeRewired and converted to 12 volts, oil pressure gauge is not working (auxiliary gauge mounted under dash and works fine), all other gauges work properly, including speedometerSome newer vintage lights were added, original turn signals and brake light shown in picture68,000 miles, believed to be originalOnly very, very minor oil leakage - almost none at allPaint is scratched, but presentable given its age and useDent on back of left front fender (door hit fender at some point)Drivers door needs extra effort to latch because it was opened to far and hit the fenderRuns and drives great, steering is tight, and suspension is in great shape
This is a very rare truck in very rare condition - I can't imagine finding a better example of an original D30 International anywhere.
