1997 Saturn S-Series Description

1997 Burgandy / Maroon Saturn SL2 - automatic transmission with manual doors, windows and locks. Low miles for the year - 148, 215 miles currently. My sister purchased this car brand new in 1997 and then gave the vehicle to me a few years ago and I have driven it since - this car has never left me stranded and I have driven it half way across the country. I've kept a notebook on all the repairs, updates and maintenece I have had done and it comes with the Haynes repair manual as well.A dependable car that has been maintained - no oil leaks and transmission shifts smooth - has typical wear and tear for the year with some scuffs / scratches on body (over the rear passenger door has fading and some clear coat peeling -small rust spot and few chips on hood-lock cover on drivers side missing). The interior is in good shape, clean, with typical scuffs and spots here and there - lights, signals, radio, cd all function properly, however the lighter and horn do not work and the air does not blow cold, but the heater and fans work just fine.
