1973 INTERNATIONAL SCOUT II with Fuel injected V8 NO RESERVE
1973 International Harvester Scout Description
You're bidding on a 1973 International Scout II 4x4. It has a low mileage 305 TPI V8 engine out of a Trans Am coupled with a SM465 4 speed Chevy heavy duty manual truck transmission. The transfer case and transmission are a bullet proof combination out of a early 90's Chevy pickup. The engine was professionally swapped out and runs great. It produces plenty of power but still gets 15 miles to the gallon. The Scout starts no matter how cold it gets with the combination of dual interstate batteries and fuel injected engine. There is a Warn wench mounted behind the front bumper. The bumpers are made out of 3"x 4"x 1/8" steel tubing with closed ends. They have been professionally powder coated. The rear bumper has a 10,000 lb hitch and is wired for towing. It has a Tuffy security console with stereo compartment made out of 1/4" steel that locks. The body has a lot of rust and dents from off-roading but this rig will go anywhere. It can go rock crawling or tow a trailer down the highway. There is no rush on the shipping or pick up. The Scout is parked in a secure location and can stay there until it is picked up. Happy Bidding!
