1953 Nash Healey Coupe
In 1953, the Nash Healey coupe was voted the most beautifully designed car in the world at the auto show in Turin, Italy. It is one of sixty-two coupes built that year.
The total production of Nash Healeys was 506 cars that ran from 1951 through 1954.
This is the rarest of any of the body styles. It was designed by Pininfarina of Turin, Italy who is the most famous coach builder in the world. Still today does all the Ferraris and a lot of nice cars.
It pains me to have to sell my 1953 Nash-Healey coupe. I’ve owned this car since 1993. I bought it from Classic Automobiles in Costa Mesa, California. The car sat on a car dealership for years in Santa Ana, California, Lee Ward Motors. It shows 33800 miles on the odometer. I have no reason not to believe that’s true.
I made a mistake and drove the car with a hole in the radiator. I recently went through and did all the engine. The car has never been rusted.
I have owned eleven of these cars through the years. I love it, especially the 1953 Nash-Healey coupe. We never own these cars. We are only caretakers. I am now spending more time with my grandchildren and I’ve lost most of my interest in cars. It’s time for this car to go to someone else. It drives great.
It takes $85,000 to buy it. When you contact me, send me your email and phone number so I can contact you back. I have plenty of pictures.
I am in Kansas City, Missouri, ten minutes from the airport. If you fly in, I’ll pick you up and we will go for a ride. My phone number is (816) 223-7017.
