If you're not familiar with these cars... Google it... this is not the same animal as the basic Sky or Pontiac Solstice.
This one does have a few more miles on it than most, but you wouldn't know it without looking at the odometer. You can tell the previous owners took good care of the car.
Here's a little about me & the car... First off, I'm a car dealer...sort of..., I've played with antique cars, hot rods, jeeps and dune buggies, since I was a kid. I have fun buying them & fixing them, playing with them a while & then selling them. It's really just a hobby of mine, I have a real job in the construction industry, but having a dealers license does have its perks. My girlfriend was shopping for a car and had shown an interest in the Saturn Sky, but she wanted the only one with any real performance, the Redline. We looked at a hand full of them and they were all 11 to 16,000 dollar range. This one here came available as a trade in at a local Toyota dealership. I swiped it up at a low wholesale cost of only 6,900 at a local dealers auction. The only thing wrong with it at the time was that it need a new top, so I had a new top installed at a price of 1560. So, I'm all in for less than 8,500 on a car with an 11k book value. I was feeling pretty good about my purchase. My girlfriend drove it for a while and as much as she loves the car for her daily commute, it's impractical for things like groceries. So she opted for a Mini-Cooper, while still small & sporty, it has a back seat & a trunk, so it's a little more practical. So, I put the car up for sale locally, asking1,000 under book value, but now that summer is over, I probably won't find anyone to pay me that until spring, butChristmas is around the corner & I need to free up some funds, so I am now offering the car up for sale at a ridiculously low price of only, 8,700 dollars... that will cover what I have in it plus eBay fees.
Please call me prior to clicking the "buy-it-now" button, so we can discuss how you plan to complete the transaction. 252-619-eight zero six seven.
There is a 500 dollar deposit due immediately upon committing to the purchase. If you get here, test drive the car and feel that I have in anyway misrepresented the car, you are under no obligation. I will gladly refund your deposit ( less pay pal fees ), but I know you will not be disappointed, so I'm not even worried about that, but I want you to be comfortable with the purchase. I'm a straight shooter. I've been on eBay over a decade and maintain a 100% feed back score.
