1943 Willys Jeep MB Description

Up for your consideration:

I have in my personal collection, a true, genuine World War II 1943 Willys Jeep MB. She has been meticulously maintained by me, and the prior owners were superb caretakers as well. She spent a long time in a small, military aircraft museum in Miami, Florida until its closing in the early 2000's. She then spent the rest of her time residing in Ft. Lauderdale in a private collection, where I stumbled across her.

This Willys comes with a full photo album of the complete restoration it went through back in the late 80's, documenting its total attention to detail from the ground up. All original parts were used, unless absolutely necessary, oem parts were purchased. Believe it or not, this jeep still has its original muffler on it!And, is still running a 6v electrical system as it should. All of the tools, soft top, front window cover, axe, shovel, toe rope, air pump, first aid kit, grease gun, M1 rifle holder, and fire extinguisher are all also WWII oem parts. She also runs, stops, shifts as it should and everything is in perfect working order, except the oil pressure gauge needs a replacement.

While in my possession I just had a pin hole in the radiator fixed along with its regular maintenance of oil changes etc. I also kept her on jack stands when not in use to protect the tires from flat spots.I know that wasn't necessary, but I wanted to show my OCD I have with this vehicle. In turn, that is definitely a little positive reinforcement for her next owner of how well and maintained she has been taken care of.

This Jeep is an excellent specimen for investment purposes, and also great for parades, WWII reenactments, and all other amusement possibilities. A true gem and outstanding piece of US World War II history, "The jeep that won the war" many claim!

The moving process and relocation to a new home with smaller garage space is the reason I have to part with her. I have had endless entertainment with this jeep at parades, a few fairs, and car meets. The endless smiles I have put on faces of all ages everywhere is truly priceless. I just feel it is time to pass her on to someone looking to have some fun and start enjoying part of American history, or to the seasoned collector that is searching for that one perfect piece of WWII to add to his or her collection.

Please take note that I have been a Ebayer since 1999 and I have 100% positive feedback. I have sold everything from boats, hot rods, and classics all out of my private collection on here over time and I am not trying in any way to tarnish my impeccable reputation over my Willys Jeep. So, please buy with complete confidence.
