For sale is a 2000 Saturn SL2 with140,000 miles, 5-speed manual, with sunroof. The car runs reliably and has no apparent engine or transmission problems, butit does needsome repairs before it will pass inspection. I am posting with no reserve because to be honest, you will probably have to put $1000 into it within a few months, unless you are handy and can take care of some of these things yourself.
Here are the things it needs that I know about:
The car also has two holes in the body (see the photos) one in the door and one in the rear fender (result of a branch falling on it during a storm). Italso has the usual scratches and scrapes. The holesdo not lead to corrosion, because the Saturn's body is not metal, so I have considered them cosmetic, although they could be replaced.
One of the rear windows occasionally slips off its track, but you canput it back on by pulling it up manually.
Finally, the keys are rather worn and you have to jiggle them in the lock every time you start the car; you could replace the lock or you could get used to it.
