Up for auction is my late fathers 1956 Studebaker Sky Hawk.
This is a great daily driver that will turn heads and impress even the most Studebaker purist. This was a driven car, not trailer queen. So please be aware that there are a few small dings and rock chips. However I am sure you will love being in this car. I will do my best to describe what I know about the car. This was my fathers car, however, unfortunately he passed away late in 2016, so Iwill do my bestto get all of the details that one may need. I have uploaded several pictures, but am happy to send more or videos upon request.
The 289 v8 has been rebuilt correctly and runs excellent. This is the auto transmission (also rebuilt and drives great) . As you can see the car has been taken care of, and been restored, however, this is not a perfect car that is flawless. It is missing the headliner, and has random paint dings. My dad had non-factory tail light lenses installed as well as non factory interior upholstery colors/design.
One difference that I want to draw your attention to (pictured) is the front grill. It does not have the fender hoops, however my dad filled in all of the factory holes to keep it looking good and seamless.

Please look thoroughly at all of the pictures and ask any questions that you may have. This is 1 car of 3 that I am selling from my dads estate, feel free to look at my other 2 cars listed as well. This is an auction type listing with a reverse. Happy bidding!
