1968 Plymouth Barracuda Description

You are bidding on a 1968 Plymouth Barracuda. The original 318 enginewas swapped out for a 340 engine from a 1968 340 Formula S car, The rear end,torsion bars and hood were also swapped in. Therear end is asure grip 3.23 8 3/4 rear. The body for the most part is in very good condition. Some rust can be seen on both lower quarter panels. The floors and trunk are solid. Original Interior is in very good shape as can be seen in photos. The bumpers were replaced with ones from Bumper Boyz. New shocks all around. I also have the original engine compartment vin tag from the Formula S.

The 340 motor was completely rebuilt. The original cam was replaced with a Compitition Cams Magnum Hydraulic Camshaft (Duration 270/270, Lift .470/.470). Cylinders were bored .30 over. Engine sounds awesome and has a nice lopey idle. The exhaust systemis stainless steelwith flow master mufflers. The engine itself has only about 750 road miles on it. There is no smoke or blowback at all.
