From my research I believe this rare sedan delivery is one of only 4 left on the planet,this one and two others in North America, and one in Puerto Rico.According to Jim Benjaminson, Plymouth Owners Club Officer and Auto Historian,there were only 2,099 built in 1939
The Sedan Delivery is very solid and straight. With a rust free solid frameLots of extra parts (which all fit inside the car for shipping)Comes with an extra set of fenders and nose pieceOne of the extra fenders is the rare spare-tire well cut-out fender that was originally on this carAlso, a 5 gal bucket with small parts (extra grille chrome, gauges, hard-to-find unbroken gauge glass with bubble, extra hood filler louvers, etc)
The parts car is "rough" but it has some parts that are needed by the sedan deliveryAt some point, the sedan delivery had a Chevy 12-bolt rear end installedbut the parts car has a stock rearThe sedan delivery has no motor or transbut the parts car has a complete motorThere is no trans or driveshaft in either car
