1968 Plymouth Road Runner Description

I'm selling my '68 Plymouth Road Runner. It does not have the original 383, but does have the numbers matching 4 speed transmission and 8.75 rear end. The car is in pretty good condition. The 440 is era-correct and has the "906" cylinder heads on it. It's certainly not a fresh rebuild but runs pretty good. I drive the 70 mile round trip to work and back in it often. Judging from a few random receipts and a cam card, I'd say the motor was gone through back in the 90s, and probably has not been driven a whole lot since. The A-833 transmission shifts fine and has the original early '68 shifter. Interior is original. Looks good. Not perfect, but good. Body is the same. It's pretty original, minus the paint. The previous owner slapped a metallic blue on it just prior to selling it to me. The original color was Medium Blue (B5). Floor in good shape. I had to have the rear window track repaired by a professional restoration shop (have receipts). Likewise, when they re-installed the back glass they installed new chrome trim. It's got new BFG tires, new carb, new master cylinder, new wheel cylinders (4), pinion and tail shaft seals, converted to Chrysler electronic ignition also. This is a driver, not a show car.
